About Role:

The Data Analyst 3 role is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design and build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Qlik Sense. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from multiple sources to discover trends and provide insights for business decision-making
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Qlik Sense
• Design and implement data models to support visualization and analysis
• Write scripts and code for transforming and manipulating data
• Migrate dashboards between platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense to Tableau)
• Adhere to best practices in data visualization, dashboard design, and modeling
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and engineering to gather requirements
• Mentor and lead other data analysts within the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a data analyst role
• Proficiency in Tableau and/or Qlik Sense
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data modeling techniques
• Familiarity with scripting languages used in data visualization tools
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Industry experience in sectors like Fintech, Payments, Finance, Banking, Digital commerce, or Healthcare is preferred
• Ability to stay current with technology trends and innovations
• A proactive attitude toward finding critical insights and influencing decision-making
